Or, rather, post. Anyway, I'm back. Many may not remember me, probably none of you do. If I would stop changing my username it would probably help but to be honest I can't remember my old handle. When you lose contact with the web world for over a year you forget things. It's rather interesting how a simple relocation can drastically alter one's character. Oh well, I'm back. Hopefully I can stick around this time.

Does anyone know where I can find a cheap wireless router? Possible brand that tends to get the job done and still be cheaper than the rest?

Welcome back. I'll go with Letrynosaeb as my guess. ;)

As for routers, I think we have a cheap Belkin one that cost like $30 dollars that hasn't given us any problems. You can probably find like $20 ones on Amazon, but you probably get what you pay for.

We have a Belkin and the range is horrible. Fortunately I've got a wire running to my room. But it sucks that my phone can barely pick the wireless up. The neighbors have a Linksys, and yes there are less walls in the way but the distance is three times as far and I consistently get one bar better from them than the Belkin unless I'm standing in the same room as the router. I'm definitely getting a Linksys the next time I need one. Not the cheapest, but definitely the best.

Also, I'm 100% sure he's Letrynosaeb, and I nearly instantly thought of him when he spoke of the same state as Aqua.

Well at least you didn't forget about me. Congratulations! Your prize is: ... I'll have to get back to you on that.

I'm not necessarily looking for range, because the two computers are only about 15 feet apart. (Probably more, but it's seriously short) So I just need something that works, basically.
